SportStrong Plans

An outcome-led approach

We collborate with current and former professional athletes, bringing you their personal strength & conditioning plans. World-class athletes, world-class programmes, adapted for you.

Silver Plans take into account your strength training experience and current level of ability, be it beginner, intermediate or advanced. Your access to a gym or weights determines the exercises set. The Sportstrong App indicates the number of sets, reps, durations etc you are required to perform. 

You will provide feedback on each exercise and workout. Our experienced coaches will review your feedback and adjust your plan as required every two weeks to ensure it is progressive. There is no instant client-to-coach communication.

Gold Plans provide a higher level of personal service, delivering everything in Silver plus the folllowing:

The SportStrong App has an integrated communication channel; clients can contact our coaches at any time to ask questions about their exercises or workout plan. Replies will be provided as quickly as possible though working with Elite clients is prioritised.

​

A 30-minute review video call each month enables client and coach to openly discuss goals, objectives and progression etc.

​

Clients will be held accountable to their coach to ensure workouts are completed. This may be via the chat function or email.

Elite plans are outcome-led and individually designed for each client. In addition to Silver and Gold, the plan includes: 

​

A one-hour initial Q&A, planning and movement analysis video call which enables your assigned coach to tailor your plan to your objectives, through each training phase and toward the ultimate goal or A event​

 

Unlimited coach contact and feedback, with priority replies. 

​

4 x 15 minute video review calls per month to ensure clients and coaches are content with the plan and its direction

​

Plans need to be flexible and are reviewed and updated ad-hoc, such as if a rest days or a de-load week are required or we need to work around an injury

​

Live and recorded form check analysis via Zoom, Google Meet etc to ensure technique is solid and safe

Customised

You may require a plan for a sport or activity which we currently do not cover as standard, such as rowing, skiing or cricket.

 

Together we will programme an appropriate plan for you and the specificity of your sport.
